Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all Australian orders over AUD $99 (after discounts, excluding gift cards).

For orders under AUD $99, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During peak periods, sales events, or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timeframes within Australia:

  • Metro areas: 2–6 business days

  • Regional areas: 4–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier performance, public holidays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.


Pre-Orders & Back-Orders

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item:

  • Available items may be shipped first

  • Back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available

You may receive your order in separate shipments at no additional shipping cost.

Estimated dispatch dates for pre-order items will be indicated on the product page where applicable.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number

Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@lokshifu.com.au.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • Reshipping fees may apply

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the parcel and product (if damaged)

We will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Authority to Leave

If you select Authority to Leave (ATL), delivery responsibility transfers once the carrier confirms delivery.
